Delete your whole account

You can request account deletion from your signed-in Privacy Pet Tag account. If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, email support@privacypettag.com from your registered email address where possible.

Delete specific information

If you want to keep your account but ask us to delete particular information you supplied, such as a pet photo, finder information or a finder conversation, email support@privacypettag.com and tell us what you would like deleted. We may need to verify your identity.

What happens

Confirmed account deletion removes associated operational account data rather than simply disabling the account. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention purposes, and deleted information may remain in rotating backups until those backups expire.
